Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused, unopened ceramic mugs and insulated bottles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Damaged, used, or customized items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to our return address (provided with the RA number).
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please specify if you prefer an exchange (same item or different product) when requesting your RA number.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, for expedited assistance. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
