Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused, unopened ceramic mugs and insulated bottles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Damaged, used, or customized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to our return address (provided with the RA number).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please specify if you prefer an exchange (same item or different product) when requesting your RA number.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, for expedited assistance. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
